At Himachal Shawls, we ensure that every customer undergoes a stress-free purchase. Therefore, We have formed a friendly policy for our significant customers. Please read the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.

What is our Cancellation & Return policy?

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold.

What is our exchange policy?

As mentioned earlier, Once the product has been sold, we do not provide any refund/return. It can only be exchanged in same design for a bigger or a smaller size.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

So, If the product is eligible for size exchange, please mail us at within 72 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once your email gets notified by us, please send the product back to us by yourself.

Note: We do not have a reverse pick-up facility. The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest to return items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by will be treated as not returned.

Kindly remember to take acknowledgment receipt of the number of dispatched products from the courier guy, with his signature and mobile number. Himachal Shawls will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

You can exchange the product within 3 days from the date of delivery.

While returning the product, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) of the product is to be borne by the customer. We charge Rs 150 for exchange shipping. Once we receive the product for exchange, customers have to pay the money through Paytm, google pay, phone pe, or in a bank account.

When the desired size of the product is not in stock, we issue a credit note for our customers. A store credit equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the to & fro shipping/COD cost, with a validity of 21 days (from the date of receipt of store credit), is provided to our customer.

In case of Damaged/Wrong delivery: If the merchandise is damaged or an incorrect item has been sent by mistake, you can write to us at info@ or contact us at +919418022068 within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Then, you can send the product back to us with your order number. When we will receive the damaged product, we will send you a fresh piece and will also reimburse you for the expenses you incurred in shipping. There will be no extra shipping charge for the delivery of the fresh product.

When does Exchange is not accepted?

We do not accept exchange in the following cases:

10-12% Colour difference which might be there due to screen resolution and light.

When the customer didn’t like the material or color of the dress. From our part, we use the best quality material. So, we would suggest to read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before placing the order.

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-exchangeable.
